The collection
Three wines.
One
vision.
Sauvignon Blanc (Casablanca)
This Sauvignon Blanc originates in the Casablanca Valley, one of Chile's coolest regions for white wine production. Inspired by the vibrant style of New Zealand, it precisely expresses the character of the coastal climate: fresh and defined aromas, with notes of lime, green herbs, cucumber, and subtle tropical fruit. On the palate, it is taut, juicy, and remarkably fresh, with an acidity that provides energy and a clean, persistent finish. A wine that prioritizes purity, varietal expression, and elegance.
Pinot Noir
(Casablanca)
Also sourced from the cool soils of Casablanca, this Pinot Noir seeks the most delicate and fragrant expression of the variety. Aromas of fresh cherries, red fruits, and subtle floral notes combine with a silky texture and precise balance. The winemaking process aims to respect the fruit and the vineyard's natural freshness, resulting in an elegant wine, light in structure yet profound in character, where finesse and purity prevail.
Merlot
(Casablanca)
This Cabernet Sauvignon reflects a classic and balanced interpretation of the variety. Aromas of ripe black fruit, spices, and subtle notes of cedar integrate with a firm yet harmonious structure. On the palate, it is concentrated and elegant, with well-defined tannins and a long finish that reveals complexity and character. A wine that combines tradition, winemaking precision, and an authentic expression of the Chilean terroir.

01 — Origin
In 1993, after his return from New Zealand, he introduced a new interpretation of Sauvignon Blanc to the Casablanca Valley, producing for the first time in Chile a wine with clone 1 inspired by the New Zealand style.
A turning point for cold-weather whites in the country.
02 — Trajectory
He has advised on projects such as Viña Matetic, Viña La Rosa and Viña Veramont, contributing to the development of Viña Caliterra and participating in the winemaking construction of Viña Domus Aurea.
Since 1997, at Viña Concha y Toro, he led the creation of wines that became benchmarks in the industry, such as Trío, Terrunyo, Carmín de Peumo and Amelia Chardonnay.
He also produced exclusive wines for The Wine Society together with Toby Morrhall.
03 — Personal Project
Since 2018 he has continued to provide strategic advice and develop wines under his own name.
Today, Ignacio Recabarren represents experience, precision, and a vision that has helped define the character of modern Chilean wine.
